virtual background not support in windows

i have a laptop with windows 10 which meets all requirements of having a virtual background but still i dont know why , when i go to settings to select a background, it says YOUR DEVICE DOES NOT SUPPORT VIRTUAL BACKGROUNDS.

 

please help

@ashishprusty , kindly ensure that you are running the most recent version of Zoom phone.

 

Also for you reference, outlined  here  are the system requirements for using a virtual background.

i am asking about laptop windows 10 , in laptop it showing virtual background not supported even after i have core i5 2nd generation . that's the issue .. also my phone zoom app is up to date.
