Hi @Stanko can you please further clarify as to changing the setting? Are you referring to changing the naming of 'ask to unmute' to ''unmute by host'? If so, this is not possible unfortunately, however, suggest submitting your feedback to https://zoom.us/feed

I'm thinking of changing the functionality: that I can, as a host, turn on the microphone for those present, and not invite them to turn on the microphone themselves!
