I take singing lessons online. I can hear my teacher but not the piano when she hits it.
I have a new notebook from Acer Windows 11 preinstalled.
On my old Asus notebook with Windows 10 I can hear both the piano and my teacher.
We checked and compared all the audio settings. Can't find the error. Maybe someone has an idea and can help.

Hi @Michaela28 ,
Thank you for reaching out! Zoom is probably detecting the music as background noise and trying to suppress it.
You can adjust Zoom's Background Noise Suppression settings in your Zoom Audio Settings. There are options for Low/Med/High sensitivity. You could try the different settings and see which suits your scenario.
While in your Zoom Audio Settings, you could also enable the "Show in-meeting option to Enable Original Sound", check High fidelity music mode, uncheck Echo cancellation and check stereo audio.
Then when you are in your Meeting you will see an Original Sound button in the top-left corner. Try clicking it ON during your Meeting to see if that helps you also. I would also recommend having the host do the same setup.
