shared music cuts out

Good Day. I have a question
When I share music in zoom and a participant speaks, they automatically stop listening to the music.
¿Is there any way that they can speak and the music is heard in the background? or is it always that way
I need it like this for my work, thank you very much in advance. Cheers!
