Hello,

I need help with the share screen function on my Ipad. When sharing a presentation, I can see it on my screen but the screen is black for the people on the other end.

You should wait for moment till comes the msg is participants can see your screen. Stay Safe at Home😊

Hey @August2021, are your participants that are seeing the black screen on iPad's as well or on a computer?

 

Also, just wanted to ask, are you on the latest version of Zoom? If not, I would suggest updating as well. 🙂
