Hi @graced, can you elaborate more as to where you were not seeing the participant's window? Did you participate in a Meeting or Webinar?

I had no problem joining the zoom. They all could see me. I could hear everyone but could not see them. I had a black screen with all the options for settings and chat… but where the people should have been were there name and microphone status. When they spoke each box lit up around their square but no people were showing. Just black. It was like The video was blocked from me.

I should probably add that this is a brand new laptop. I have never used it to zoom. I have always used my tiny iPhone with no issues.
