Good evening. I want to set a background and I have installed a green background but when I flag "green background" on the field, the background ends up on my body and not on my face nor on the background itself. I really don't know what I'm wrong

Hey @Gianni, just clarifying, do you have a physical green screen? If your Operating System doesn’t meet our requirements we do not recommend enabling “I have a green screen” without a green screen.

 

You will need a green screen to use our virtual background feature if your system doesn’t meet the requirements for more info ➡️ support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360043484511.
