On Sunday, July 6, I had scheduled a meeting at 7:15 PM. When I wanted to open the session, the schedule said that there was no session. I found another solution, but later-on learned that the session had taken place with an unknown host whose topic traumatized the participants. I have tried in vain to find out what happened. I absolutely want to avoid a repetition of this weird event.

There's not enough information here for me to figure out what happened in your case.  You might consider creating a report with the Zoom Trust and Safety team and see if they can help you.  See the answer to this post which has pointers to Trust and Safety info.
