I have been using Zoom for a couple of years so am fairly familiar with it.

I have not changed any of my settings that I am aware of.

The past couple of weeks I cannot see participants  and they cannot see me.

We can see ourselves just fine.

Can someone tell me the setting that I need to look at?

Hi @Mabellucy!  for this issue could you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom desktop client to see if that fixes the issue? To uninstall please follow this help article https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362983-How-to-uninstall-Zoom and to install again just go to zoom.us/download!
