I try to open my recording. However, there is pop up a small window to say that INVALID LINK. What's wrong?

Hey @idrisharta were you the host of the meeting when you initiated the cloud recording? If the cloud recording link is invalid, suggest reaching out to the Host to reshare and ensure the recording link is working.  

 

If you're the Host and believe the redirect for Sharing your Recordings is correct, suggest reaching out to Zoom technical support and they can further look into your issue on the link for your coud recording.

I am not the host.  The host is no longer with the organization.  The alternate host is.
