After doing the Zoom update on January 12, 2023, I no longer have sound on my laptop.

I have the same problem. Which started after an update ( not sure whether of Zoom or Windows) - when I used to get a warning - NO Audio Devices detected. This was corrected by shifting to Head phones. Initially it was across many apps - but after troubleshooting through Dell Support ( My hardware vendor) as well as Windows Support, the sound of all other apps came back. Now in Zoom there is no such warning, my microphone is working but there is no incoming audio. Testing the multiple audio devices, I get the indication that Zoom is producing the sound, but it is not being heard. This is only in Zoom - YouTube and Media files (MP4) are producing adequate sound. And system sounds are also working

Hi, i also just encountered the same issue with no recorded sound on zoom just last week. Any trouble shooting worked in this case?
