main chat, broadcast messages and breakout rooms

I hosted a large meeting yesterday and had instructions with a link to share with the 16 breakout rooms.  The broadcast message doesn't make links live to be clicked, and the Main chat is apparently cleared when the participant enters a breakout room, so they cannot reference the main chat.  This made starting off the groups AND facilitating the breakout very difficult and I ended up sending "Teams"  messages with the instructions and links separately to all of the team leaders in each breakout room. I feel like this needs to be fixed quickly or the breakout rooms will continue to not function well if there is any detail that needs to be shared.

Sorry for the delay in responding.  I can see how this would be frustrating.  Can you please put in a product feature request here so that the Zoom product management team can evaluate the request and hopefully identify a solution that would work for you?
