how to stop zoom from maximizing window when someone shares screen

please somebody explain how to stop Zoom from maximizing screen on its own whenever anybody shares their screen.

there's other options to stop auto-maximizing, but not for this particular case that i've been able to find.

i've Googled this and tried so hard to figure it out on my own. it should be easier than this.
