how do i stop zoom from restarting every time i kill it via end task in Task Manager (Win10Pro)

Any help appreciated.  Zoom is consuming a big chunk of Memory.

 

I tried the Startup function, but Zoom does not appear in the list of Apps for which startup can be disabled.
