I dis meetings with other.

Other person did sharing scree that become background screen from PPT.

And other person did cloud recording.

 

I cheked record movie. Recording has been success.

But That movie isn't "sharing scree that become background screen from PPT."

It is normal share screen with talking person's window.

 

Can I record "sharing scree that become background screen from PPT" on cloud recording.

How to enable cloud recordings for scheduled meetings in Zoom Rooms
  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Click Account Management then click Account Settings.
  3. Click the Recording tab and find the Cloud Recording option.
  4. Verify that the setting is enabled.
