cannot open zoom on my mac

i'm experiencing an issue with opening Zoom on my mac.

It turns on when the button is pressed but turns off immediately after 3-4 sec.

I repeated installing and uninstalling over and over but it still doesn't work. 

Please answer if you have experienced a similar problem or know what the problem is.

mac info: catalina, mac book pro 2019
