given:

recurring meeting
host: ***********
alternative host: ***********
in John's table of meetings, the meeting is visible
how to make it visible on alternative host  (Peter)  table of meetings ?

Especially see this from the first paragraph:

This user will receive an email notifying them that they've been added as an alternative host, with a link to start the meeting.

Alt Hosts do not see the Meeting in their list, and must use a link obtained via email or other means to join/start the meeting.
