Zoom does not open after upgrading from popOS version 20.04 to 22.04.

execute zoom via CLI with 'zoom --disable-gpu-sandbox'

Another problem I've encountered is I have to reset the microphone every time I start Zoom on PopOS 22.04. I have to change it away from the microphone to something else (like Same as System).. and then back to the microphone.
