Hi There,

May i know, how to differentiate is it host connection issues, or participant connection issues in zoom? We having issue for zoom in our Shchool. The situation is like this, sometimes teacher at school get lag, freeze and breaking connection. They zoom with the student which located at Home.. How i want to differentiate is the issues come from home or our School network issues?

Thanks

Hi @feera

If you are on a School campus, I would start with asking your local IT Support personnel or network administrator.

Is the problem only with certain students?

Dear rupert,

I'm not sure its because of school network or student network in the house. is there any testing we can do for the network? or is there any port need to be allow? As you know, out network speedtest is 300mbps. is is because of network issues?

Thanks
