Virtual background (without green screen) not working even though meet minimum reqs

My virtual backgrounds without a green screen are not working. I meet all of the minimum requirements. It worked at one point but stopped working now. Screen Shot 2021-09-18 at 12.26.20 PM.png

Hi @ellethefab1 

 

I believe the MacBookAir6,2 has a 4th Generation i5 processor - in which case you do not meet the minimum requirements.

 

The  requirements for i5 are:

 

Zoom desktop client, 4.6.0 or higher
macOS version 10.13 or higher
i5 - 2 cores or higher, 6th generation or higher
