Video stopped working for all participants Error: "Your Camera has been occupied by other apps

Has anyone encountered this type of error? 

In the middle of a meeting, all participants suddenly lost video/camera and showing this error "Your Camera has been occupied by other apps, please release the privilege and try again."

tengo el mismo problema desde hace meses y ya probe de todo ...

I noticed a display driver crash on Intel UHD 630 display card leading to the issue - Event 4101, Display - Display driver igfx stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

The issue only occurred recently and we have not had the issue in the past.

under device management we removed the display device and uninstalled all drivers related to the device.  restarted the device and the issue was resolved.
