Hi there,

I had a zoom meeting today and I have a quick question.

When I first clicked on the Zoom link, it told me I needed to update Zoom or that I could continue through the webpage. I chose to continue via the webpage as I didn’t have the time to update. However, when I continued and was let in by the host to the meeting, I was unable to see myself and I was unable to see or hear the other person. I then quickly updated the Zoom app and exited the meeting and when I re-entered it was all back to regular.

My question is- during the time that I was in the meeting at first prior to updating, would the other person have been able to see and hear me even though I was not on the updated version and I couldn’t see or hear them?

Thank y
