I have tried over and over again to update my version of Zoom.  I hit UPDATE & INSTALL and NOTHING HAPPENS.

I am now locked out of important Zoom meetings and beginning to have Senior Tech Panic attacks!

Please help or provide a phone number so I can talk to a human being.

Phone support is available to Business accounts and above - not Basic or Pro.

 

With your problem I would suggest trying to update with a fresh download, rather than from within the app.
