Turkey Earthquake Zone

Dear Sir,Madam,

I am living in Turkey, Adana. As you know a very destructive earthquake happened in Feb 6th. So as we victims couldnot use our zoom accounts. The after shocks are still happening. 
I want you to extend our zoom accounts at least three months due to earthquake.
