My Zoom got automatically signed out after being inactive for a period of time ( not consistent, sometimes a day, some a couple of days) even with “keep me stayed in” checked. Is there a way to keep it stayed signed in? Thanks.

Are you logged in on more than one computer?

No, only one device. I was trying to set up the Zoom auto answer calls from contact feature for my parents since they are technically challenged. The zoom app didn’t really sign out but it requires manually click the “Zoom” icon every now and then to make it being “active” status. Without being active status, the auto answer call feature won’t work. Any suggestions?
