Share problems

When I try to screen share it ever won’t let me or what I’m sharing won’t let me login 

I also can’t share to Facebook 

im using an iPad pro

any help would be helpful

I am sorry for the delay in responding.  If this problem is still occurring, can you please clarify if you are getting an error when you try to share, or if it looks like you are sharing but other participants cannot see what you are sharing?  As a note, Zoom doesn't interact with the application you are sharing, so I am not sure what could be happening with the app you are trying to share not letting you log in.  Is it consistent which apps do not let you sign in?  And once you stop sharing, are you able to sign in correctly?

 

For streaming to Facebook, per the support document, it is only available from Windows or Mac, not iOS.
