Screen Sharing problems

I am having problems when sharing full screen of Power Point presentations. When I click on full screen of Power Point the guests just see a grey screen. The Sharing Screen tool turned into pause by its own. Any suggestions?

Hey @Iman44, if you don't mind sharing with me how you're sharing screen? Whether it be Basic > Desktop, Basic > Powerpoint (application), or Advanced > Slides as Virtual background.

 

Also, could you possibly upload an image of what the participants are experiencing?
