Screen Sharing for a scheduled meeting

We have a weekly zoom meeting.  There are several people who need to share their screen, is there a way to set the meeting with screen sharing enabled for every meeting.

@busler Since you already set the recurring meeting, the best way to change the settings is within the meeting itself. 

Option 1: 

When you have joined a Zoom meeting, click on the Security tab in the Zoom window’s bottom bar. Under ‘Allow participants to’, click on the Share screen to enable it. Once enabled, participants will get the ability to share the screen

Option 2: 

Once you have joined a meeting, click on the tiny arrow next to the Share screen option. Select Advanced sharing options. A pop-up window will open. Click on All participants under the Who can share setting.

Please make sure that you have enabled the Screen Sharing option in your meetings settings by going to you Web settings:  Settings >In Meeting Basic >Screen Sharing

@busler , You can change the enterprise settings in your Zoom portal and set to "All Participants" that can share screen.

Account Management --> Account Settings --> Meeting --> Screen Sharing
