Screen Share does not share properly

When I try to share screen when using my ZOOM IOS account on my MacAir, the recipients only see a browser heading and a blank page. Today I tried to share an open website form to instruct  others on ho to fill it out, but there was just the browser name and that was it. Anyone know what's up?
