Scheduled updates

Hi,

I thought of an enhancement to Zoom, I work for a big corporation and use Zoom daily; multiple times every day actually (due to privacy concerns I prefer to write this post from a private account).

I've noticed that it happens a lot when I start Zoom to join a meeting - Zoom is getting updated and therefore I am late to that meeting.

It happens to my colleagues too.

But when you think about it, Zoom know my schedule, Zoom can also have an estimation about how much time the update should take - you can run updates on your environments and collect the time to update, you can also collect statistics for each local instance old updates time and estimate the time that a future update should take.

IMHO, Zoom should suggest the user a scheduled update in a time that will not conflict with other meetings.

what do you say?
