SSO Logins and Shared User Accounts

Hello everyone,

We have a quick question regarding SSO.  If we enable SSO for our Org in Zoom, will the shared use accounts without a username within AD not work anymore?  Can SSO users authenticate with our AD as well as shared use accounts which do not have an associated account/username within our AD?

Thanks,

Hi t3hAliens

In the Advanced > Security settings, under "Sign-in method" you can keep "Allow users to sign in with work email" enabled. This way they can log in using email and password instead of SSO.

On user level you can also enable / disable which login method they have: only SSO, only Email, Email + SSO, etc.

For AD users you may enforce SSO logon, and for non-AD users you may allow Email login only.

Hey Phragos,

Where is the user level configuration?

Thanks!

Ben
