Would you be able to see the recordings that were left in the cloud after the paid period ended if you made a paid plan again?

Yes, You can restore these files. Once, I also faced the same issue. There are some important videos about my client's project Metal Garden Screen and the annual subscription of zoom has been ended. After buying a new plan I just restored all the recorded videos.
