HElp! Anyway to recover a video - at end of 'converting' I pressed CANCEL by mistake!:(

I just finished a zoom session that was recorded. At the end I got the 'converting' progress back. And a the end of the process I clicked on CANCEL instead of Save, by mistake because I was exhausted after teaching a 2 hrs webinar...

Is there anyway  to recover the video file?... Please help.. I'm desperate.

    I have heard that it is possible to manually convert to mp4 file as long as the data before the conversion to mp4 file is still available.

    How to manually convert your local recording

    For versions 4.6.10 or higher, you can't convert local recording files by double-clicking the Zoom files. You must follow the steps below to manually convert the files:

    1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
    2. Click the Meetings tab.
    3. Click the Recorded tab.
    4. Select the meeting topic with the local recording.
    5. Click Convert.
