Rename during Meeting

How do I get a new participant to rename themselves during a meeting? Some new people sign on showing a name of "iPhone", "iPad", or "Zoom User". How do I find out their real names without interrupting the meeting? Trying to explain how to rename to new people during a presentation probably won't work.

The problem is that there are 100 people invited. New people are joining for the first time. They join the meeting not understanding I can't see their names, I only see "iPad", "iPhone", etc. I am busy sharing screens and don't have time to send individual "chat" messages and explain how to rename during the meeting.

Scheduling a meeting that requires registration means registrants must provide their email and name to register for the event.
