Recovering recordings

I have made recordings of two meetings. When the meetings ended, I received a message from Zoom that they were being transposed to mp4 audio files. I can't find these recordings in My Recordings in my account. How do I find them?

Is it a cloud or a local recording ?

Here are the default locations for local recording depending on your OS :

• Windows: C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Zoom
• Mac: /Users/[Username]/Documents/Zoom
• Linux: home/[Username]/Documents/Zoom

I had to copy the files into a backup - and now the first meeting are stopping all thereafter.

Need help to save all the meetings.
