Recordings lost?

It happened now the second time that during the process of compromising the recording right after the meeting, an update from zoom started which automatically included a restart of my computer. I couldn't stop that. The result was that the recording didn't finish and seems to be lost now.

I didn't save it to cloud but only to local computer and so far, there hasn't been any problem. But now with these interruptions, only an empty folder with the date of the recording appears on my local computer.

My question: Is there any chance to repair or find these recordings...??

I really hope that since these are important teachings....
