Hello,

If you use the On Demand  function for recordings you can check the analytics page which includes the downloads, views, and how long each person has viewed a recording.

Once enabled,  you can check the statistics related to views by navigating to the zoom.us portal, go to Recordings click on the recording you'd like to see the statistics for and click Recording Analytics.

 Managing and Sharing cloud recordings

. If you have already completed the meeting recording , you can change the Share Settings of the recording to enable "Viewers need to register to watch". This setting can be found via:

  • Personal > Recordings > Cloud Recordings
  • Click the Share button on the row of the topic's name
  • Change the "Who can view" option to "Everyone with the recording link"
  • Click Share Settings
  • Check "Viewers need to register to watch"
  • Click Save

Regards

Hi @LorriB , Zoom’s native recording analytics only provide limited insight into who viewed a recording, and many viewers may appear as “Guest” if they aren’t logged into a Zoom account. However, you can use this: https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/vaH1WRR9T_C0cqXKubDLMg

It offers more detailed recording view analytics and helps you better understand viewing patterns over time. They also provide free templates with ready-made tables and dashboards.
