Recordings. My PC were full - but I saved the files - but how to consent recordings

Meetings:  4 hours long - monday 3rd of January.

 

And meetings after then - not possible to concent because meeting from Monday are still "working".

 

Please help me.

Hey @Lykkelita, having a hard time understanding your discussion, can you elaborate on what you mean by 'working' still? Are you not able to find your recording, and was the recording local or cloud?

All recordings since 3rd of Jan has to be converted.  They stops at 24 % and does not process.  Please help.
