Recording zoom gallery

Hi,

I record a zoom video but I don't understand why when I download the Zoom video, I just have the fullscreen view and not the gallery view.

Do you know what I have to do if I want record the gallery view (because during the call I was in gallery view but Zoom recorded just with the fullscreen view) ?

Than you

I just had the same problem - had our team together to record a video - specifically in Gallery View - yet it recorded in Speaker View....

I try again today and same problem.... Can you tell me if you find a solution ?

Thank you 🙂

When I record to my local computer, using only one monitor, I get the gallery view and whatever speaker and spotlight views the host selects. When I use two monitors I get the zoom feed, which is active speaker or spotlights,  but no gallery.
I think the local recording is better quality than the cloud but am not sure.
A way to record everything you see on two monitors, on a recent Mac, is shift-command-5. This makes a very good complete recording outside of zoom. Needs RAM and disk space tho.
