Recording is stuck on Recording in progress

Usually the recording converts straight after the call is ended but the one I have just done says 'recording in progress' still and is stuck in processing mode - how do I retrieve it?

Similar to this related community post, Meeting recording is stuck at 'processing recording' after 3 days , this is an issue that will require support for your specific use case. Therefore, a support ticket will need to be logged. In reviewing your account, it appears you have already logged a support ticket.
