Hi I'm Gaetano. My problem is that during a one to one meeting my main screen freezes, my thumbnail is ok as is my colleague's main and thumbnail. I'm using a high spec Dell windows 10 PC broadband speeds are upload 31mpbs, download 31mpbs

Sorry for the delay in responding, the subject line confused me! I am not sure if you are still having the problem. If so, can you please confirm if you and the other participant are on the same network? Are either or both of use using a VPN or going through a firewall?
This is definitely not normal behavior, but without a little more information, it is hard to know where to start with the analysis of the problem.
