Thanks. But I already did a reinstall. I thought that the Snap layer was the issue so removed that and installed from the downloaded version. Still the same problem.

 

Where can I look for error messages?

 

(Sorry if this is a duplicate, I'm now having problems with the forum!! Already posted a reply which is not showing up here. )
