Hello,

On 12. of January I made a recording, but unfortunately saved it locally, but my laptop got damaged so I can not access it. Is it possible that if I pay now for Zoom cloud service that I will access it? Does it work that way that previous recordings are also automatically saved on Cloud an you can access them anytime after you pay for it?

Hello,

Sorry that is not how it works. Zoom doesn't record every meeting to the cloud. Only meetings that were scheduled for the cloud go to the cloud.

 

Hopefully, you can extract the recording from your hard drive.
