On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Prevent Zoom from blocking Win10 taskbar in fullscreen mode

Based on the thread below, this is expected behavior, but it it seems to me that users should have a choice.

I would prefer there to be an option that Zoom, like the vast majority of Windows programs, only go full screen to the point where the taskbar starts. Instead, it covers the taskbar, which makes multitasking during Zoom calls to be incredibly painful. Windows 10 does not show the taskbar area, volume, and notifications area on anything but the main monitor. So if I want to have my Zoom meetings fullscreen on my primary monitor (where my camera is also located), I have to switch Zoom to windowed mode just to access the aforementioned areas on the taskbar.

Is there any way around this, or am I forced to keep Zoom in windowed mode?
