yes, it says "wait for host to start meeting" 
Pre-planned meetings still working

When my friends join my zoom meeting, it was started that "Waiting for the host to the start the meeting"

So, I'm guessing there is a problem with zoom today

Same issue here! As a host the participants don't show up to admit. While they have logged in themselves.
