No sound on cloud recording

I have a Windows 10 PC with Zoom. I had a meeting with 4 people.  It was fine - we heard each other perfectly.  I turned on Cloud Recording.  When I downloaded the .mp4 - there was no sound.  When I downloaded the .m4a file, it plays but there is no sound.  It used to work perfectly and now it doesn't.

It turns out that I really DO have audio!  I just can't play it back with Movies & TV or Media Player.  If I use a 3rd party player it works just fine.

Not a Zoom problem after all!

Hi, I am wondering what Player you are using ? We are still having the problem that there's no sound with our cloud recordings.
