Starting February 1, 2025, Zoom Phone customers must add their phone numbers to an approved 10DLC campaign in order to keep using SMS/MMS capabilities on their numbers.

Hello, I am trying to access recording in they all say file not available is there a reason why? I really need these recordings

Are they cloud recordings or local recordings? Where are you seeing this message?

If cloud recordings, are you still a licensed user?
