My video picture is getting white and blurry

Hi, I have been using zoom since the very beginning and been doing many zoom calls. Lately, my own live picture, is becoming whitish, like a ghost. Then I have to turn it off and on again and then it works for a while. It is not professional and I am not using any background. Previously it has worked. Where should I start to find the correction?

I did add the background and thought that might have caused it but have removed it again! Thanks for your input.

Did you ever get a response to your problem? I have the same issue. I myself appear whiteish, faded, like a ghost although by background is clear and fine. Then, it worked for a while, but the whitish, ghost image has returned.
