Missing Zoom Recording

I have just recorded two meetings on zoom. The first one came through, however, the second has not downloaded or come through. Can anyone help?

Hey @Chantelle1, did you record locally or to the cloud? Just take note, if you haven't received your cloud recording yet, cloud recordings generally take about 2 times the meeting duration to process. You can check out this KB article If you're having trouble finding and viewing local recordings.

@RN I've been experiencing exactly the same issue, and it happened more than one time now. I recorded the meetings locally. I'm using zoom Version: 5.7.6 (1320) on Mac. Any idea why this is happening?
