Microphone not heard by others in meeting after upgrading to windows 11

When my laptop upgraded to windows 11, people can no longer hear me in zoom meetings.  I have checked all the audio settings as well as uninstalling and reinstalling zoom but to no avail.  I have looked this up on the internet but nothing helps.  Any suggestions? Thank you.

I was until Monday when I had an IT friend at work look at it.  There were drivers I was unaware of that needed to be updated. That said, tonight is when I will be using zoom, so I will find out.  Thank you so much for asking. IF it still doesn't work tonight, may I contact you?
